Help!!!

I clicked to install the automatic update on my pc and
then clicked reboot later. My pc crashed and now wont
reboot. I was in the middle of working on something and
now it has gone along with any use of my pc. I don't
download nor do i have a virus. The update appears to be
virused...meaning it is showing the very same symptoms by
crashing refusing and to boot.
If this is indeed a virus would that mean there is some
security issue here as it managed to appear on my taskbar
looking very much the same as an automatic upddate.
I am using Norton anti-virus, Norton internet security and
Zone alarm so i know i am safe.

I have tried using GoBack but it just hangs and also
starting in safe mode which is fruitless too.

Any ideas????

Nevermind i have 'fixed' it thankfully. Don't know what
the problem is but that update is baaaaaad!
