HELP!!

I have sold my first computer with Windows Vista Basic and advised the
customer to wait until SP-1 is released but they didn't care and now they
are getting a message about Blue Screen blah, blah, blah

I went onsite to have a look and everything was working well then I ran the
windows update and it was installing then the screen went black and there
was all these blue & black patches all over the screen, some others on
Google suggested it maybe a device driver problem but the BIOS and drivers
are all up to date, the motherboard from ASUS is Vista certified P5VD2-VM

I have pulled the minidump files to see what the problem is but I have no
idea how to diagnosis the problem.

This also happened a few weeks ago, so I took the system away and it
wouldn't do what it did to them at my workshop, the only thing they have is
a Brother MFC printer/scanner that I didn't have with me whiles testing, but
I have downloaded the drivers for this printer from the brother website
which are for Vista

I don't know what is going on here, all I can say is unplug the printer and
see if the problem happens again.

You advised your customer not to use the computer he just bought until
January at the earliest?

You might remove all the printer drivers, unplug the printer then reboot and
when windows is up and running, plug in the printer that is powered up, to
see if Vista can automatically find the right drivers.

You have been on here before claiming last time that it was your 1st sale,
for a completely different problem.

You should not be in business.
See you in court.

You are just a complete disgrace, and should be locked up!

I advised the customer to wait until SP-1 is released for Vista before they
purchased a new computer.
