Help!!!!

I'm creating a database on customers we have and they have to be between 19
and 64. I have a start date field and it is different from customer to
customer. The customer can be 18 up to four months after their start date.

Is it possible to create some sort of formula which shows whether a person
is eligible for the service?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've been racking my brains for a
good two days solid!!

Assuming you have their date of birth, you can use something like the method
described in this link:
