Would really love to know,how can one that subscript to games be a "admin"
or "Moderator" off games.??Especially if one have to pay to play??Would
really apreciate if anyone can help

That would depend whether you're refering to a game server
Admin or an administrator of your personal computer. Also,
which specific game or games are you refering to please?
