I think I deleted some execution files when I deleted
various programs that I no longer needed on my PC. I
can't do the system clean up & the computer runs very
slow. Any ideas on how to restore execution files once
deleted? How do I find out which files I deleted & need
to restore.

If you removed apps via their own uninstaller or the add/remove dialogue you
are unlikely to have removed anything needed by the sys.
If however you simply deleted using explorer, you would need to reinstall
the apps, then remove correctly.
Any deleted files, by using explorer, should be in the recycle bin.
Other than that its virtually impossible to know what was deleted.
I trust you have a Firewall and current AV app on yr sys?
