I use Access 2002 and created a db that stores private and important
information. We have a couple of people working on the db and all have
different tasks, some do data entry only and others do reports. What I need
to have is sometime of security in which certain users have certain
privileges. I have never used security features and I'm stuck. Can anyone
help?

I'm afraid you'll have to start at the very beginning, which is here:

It's the MS FAQ on Access security which is your friend and will tell you
all you need to know.

Remember to work on a copy of your files just in case you lock yourself
out, which is easily done. When you feel confident enough you can also try
