HELP! - XP Home reserver 99% processor, XP Pro doesn't

Hello

I have a software that when i use it in XP Pro, it reserves up to 50%
processor time. No problemos.

But when i use the same software in XP Home (SP1 and SP3 tried), it reserves
the whole processor near 99% and it causes certain problems.

Is there a known bug in XP Home for this kind of situation, or is the bug in
the program itself?

What is the 'software' and have you gone to the producer's website and
checked with them about this problem?

No. There's no such difference between Home and Professional.

Are Home and Professional on two different computers? The difference,
almost certainly, has to do with the difference between the two
computers. My guess is that the XP Home computer is infected with
malware.
