Help with "Unable to start processing service"

"Unable to start processing service. The DLL file for the information service could not be found, MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

I have tried repairing and reinstalling is anyone familiar with this?

Microsoft probably does. Have you searched their huge support
knowledgebase (http://support.microsoft.com). Searching on pstprx for
Outlook turned up 17 articles. One of them may apply to you.
