Help!!!! With Smartart in Powerpoint

Michele

I need a pyramid divided into 4 sections, I was able to add the 4th object,
no problem, however, I need a larger "top" than I do the 3 bottom sections.
So I have "resized" the top section but when I print or PDF the file, the
pyramid top defaults to a small pointy top vs what I resized it too... how
can I make this stop????? I've been working on this for 2 days now and am
frustrated!

Your help would be appreciated!!!

Hi Michele

I can't recreate this :-(. I take it you are using 2007? Do you have SP1
installed? Are you using the Microsoft add-in to create the pdf or a 3rd
party tool?

Hi Michele

SP1 is the latest patch for Office - that is little bits of code that fix
some of the bugs. To get it, in PowerPoint -> office button -> powerpoint
options -> resources -> get updates.

I don't use an Adobe PDF maker myself so can't help with troubleshooting
that, but could you try using the free MS add-in and see if you get the same
problem? It worked for me here. Download the add-in from here:
