Help with running program when users are not logged on

Hi,
I just created a batch file and a similar exe file using SMS installer
that will backup data on user's computer. I can schedule the batch
file to run evert evening at 5.00pm. This solution is great till we
reach the situation where users are not logged on. I want this program
to run even when the users are not logged on. Will creating a schedule
using AT command run the file even when users are logged off.
If not then will it help if i create a service out of the program. I
know how to create a service but i dont know how will creating a
service help.

Yes you can run it with Scheduled Tasks, please look at the options
provided.
