Help with a RUNDLL box that pops up

Every time i turn on my computer a box pops up that has RUNDLL at the top and
says,error loading c:\program files\wild tangent\appa\CDA engine 0400.dll
tThis specific module could not be found.
How do I fix it?

The problem is Wild Tangent. Check this link for information re: what it is,
where it came from and how to remove it.
