Help whit Antispyware

I am trying to run a program but get message to allow or
block. I choose allow but i get the same question again.
I am waiting for a quick reply, thx.

Does the message reference a "script?"

If so, I would recommend shutting down Microsoft Antispyware temporarily
while running this program.

If you need to do this regularly, turning off the script-blocking checkpoint
might make sense, although it adds to your risk.
