Help.. When you press Enter...

When you press Enter on Frontpage, it is counted as a <p> which misses a line.

Please could someone tell me how to change it so it is a <br> which just
goes down a line and doesn't miss a line.

It's pretty annoying because i have to go onto HTML every time to change the
<p> to a <br>
