Can someone help me with how to use Vlookup or Hlookup to find what I need?

I have about 1000 sets of this kind of combination. I want to use Section_Code as reference to find out all the data associated with that Section_Code. I try to use Vlookup, but it can only return the first row's value. Is there anyway I can have the excel to first find out how many rows of "0100" and also return the associated data of "Test_Date", "Test_Result1", and "Test_Result2".
