[HELP] This workbook has lost its VBA Project, ActiveX Controls and any other program

Hello,

I ve got an error when I try to run my xls file.

Indeed, when I launch it,I ve got an error that said : "This workboo
has lost its VBA Project, ActiveX Controls and any othe
programmability-related features"

I have a Low Security but the VBA object still doesnt work.
I can see the button but the action associated doesnt work.

Someone could help me please ?

The only time I have seen this error message is when I was running a version
of Excel where VBA was disabled by a registry entry.

When you start Excel fresh can you go to the Visual Basic Editor (Tools,
Macro, Visual Basic Editor)?
