HELP: The logon user interface dll c:\windows\system32\bcmlogon.dll failed to load

I just rebooted my machine and now this message comes up: The logon
user interface dll c:\windows\system32\bcmlogon.dll failed to load.
PLease contact your local administrator.

I tried last known good configuration and it didn't work. I tried
safemode with networking and it still came up with this message. I
tried safemode w/o networking and i get the logon screen,but it won't
let me login with my password to even at least troubleshoot my
problem. I did some research on the net and it said about going to
registry to delete Gina.dll file, but i can't even log into my laptop
to do it. Any suggestions on how i can at least get into my system?
Help much appreciated!!!
