After I installed SP2 in winXP Pro I lost my help and suuport. The short
cuts are still in the start menu
and the control panel but nothing comes up. When I click on the help and
support icons the hour glass
is showing for about one second. Where did my help program go?
Can anybody help with that?

Check C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries , run NelpCtr.exe , thats the
executable for help and support center.
If nothing happens or you cant find those folders:
try this.. go to c:\windows\inf ... right click on pchealth.inf and in the
popup menu click on install.
It will show a simple copying files, and when is done, try your start icons.
