Help Stop Message

Hello,

I have been getting the following Stop Message last night and twice today.
I'll be checking my cpu on TrendMicro and all of sudden the screen goes black
and lists this stop.

STOP: 0X0000008E (OXC0000005, 0X000003FF, 0XF3336CC8, 0X00000000)

If anyone can tell me what this is and help me fix the problem. I would
appreciate it.
