HELP!! Spacebar now opens new internet window, how to change?

Please can someone help me. Every time I press space (in
any program), windows opens a new internet window. I
assume this is because space is a hot key or shortcut key
for this on my computer. Does anyone know how to change
this?

ok...check the ie6 properties window for shortcut keys

have you checked to see if the ctrl key is stuck on your
keyboard? sometimes it can get hung up and things like
that happen.

also, did you check under keyboard options in control
panel to see what function your space bar is set for?
