Help - Problem with screen wallpaper

As I enter some home or family (JPG) pictures in 'My Pictures' directory under 'My Documents', I was able to select one at a time to
view it as my screen wallpaper 'Background'. Recently I have lost this procedure. I even left some JPG pictures in the
'C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper' directory, but nothing changes the list of the viewed wallpapers. What do I need to do to fix this, so
that I can select the jpg pictures as wallpaper, as I leave them in 'My Pictures' or in the Wallpaper directory? Appreciate all the
help.

Thank you for the reply. I have done what you suggested even
before I posted for help. I am flabbergasted that even entering JPG
files in the Wallpaper directory does not change the viewable pictures !
Is there any other procedure I can try? Is there something to change,
or reset in the registry? Does Microsoft have any special web site
address for re-setting the wallpaper ?

In many of the picture viewers (such as IfranView) usually have a set as
wallpaper option. I think even the Windows Picture and fax Viewer has that
option. I'm not at my XP machine so I can't check to be sure.

I went to http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
and found these:-
wallpaperenable.reg
wallpapermove.vbs
wallpapermruclear.reg
wallpaperviews.vbs
but haven't find a fixer for Wallpaper resetting, that will allow
the JPG files either in "My Pictures" or "Wallpaper" directory
to showup as extra entries of wallpapers.
