Help Plz with GPO

Im having a little problem. I have a multiple users that logon to our citrix
server. They are locked down heavily through a group policy so they cant
shutdown the server etc. The problem now is they are logging directly into
the domain from a satellite office and they are getting the same security
settings as if logged into citrix. They cant be this locked down on their
local machines. Is there a way to setup 2 group policies for 1 user? if so
how? Thx

You should investigate the use of lookback processing in group policy.
Here, you'd switch on lookback processing for your Citrix server apply the
user settings to the user portion of a policy affecting the Citrix server.

By the way, ordinary users by default won't have the right to shut down your
server, but I realise that was just an example.
