Every time I attempt to use Internet Explorer Browser I
get the following message, error at KENNEl32.dll.

I am unable to open the browser. What does this mean? How
can I correct the problem?

Do I have to reinstall the internet browser? If Yes, how
would I do that if I cannot connect to the internet?

Please take me out of my misery.

From Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced uncheck "Enable third party
browser extensions." That should allow IE to open.

Then...
Run CWShredder from http://www.merijn.org/downloads.html It's been
the most helpful with this type of problem. CWShredder is only about 125 KB
so it could be downloaded from another machine onto a floppy disk if
necessary.

Search for and remove other malware and note the security tips at:
Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites:
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm

You should re-enable browser extensions after the cleanup.

Or...
A legitimate program running in the background may be causing this. Disable
(for diagnostic purposes) programs such as pop-up blockers, security,
anti-virus, etc. Also... notorious for causing problems- Gator, Kazaa and
some others.

There are other possibilities for KERNEL32 errors:
