I keep on getting this message when I boot my computer:

TI BlackLink Service/TI Graph Link (ticalc.sys) is not compatible with your
version of Windows

Thank you for submitting an error report.

Problem Description

The error was likely caused by: TI BlackLink Service/TI Graph Link
(ticalc.sys). TI BlackLink Service/TI Graph Link (ticalc.sys) is not
compatible with the version of Microsoft Windows that you are using.

Problem Resolution

TI BlackLink Service/TI Graph Link (ticalc.sys) was created by Texas
Instruments. You should contact Texas Instruments in order to find out if a
solution or an updated version of TI BlackLink Service/TI Graph Link
(ticalc.sys) is available. For more information, see the Texas Instruments
Web site.

http://education.ti.com/support

If you are unable to locate an update, Microsoft recommends that you remove
TI BlackLink Service/TI Graph Link (ticalc.sys) to prevent the error from
occurring again. Click here for instructions.

The problem is I no longer have TI Black Link. I deleted it sometime ago.
What should I do?

There are remnants of BlackLink on your system.
If you "deleted" the program instead of using Add/Remove programs, do a
windows search for BlackLink and rename any files you find that seem to be
part of the old program.
If problem persists, you would want to clean references to this app out of
your registry.

TI... is in a Start Up or Run folder in registry; search the registry for
any TI Link or such and delete them - mainly in the Run keys in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\TI... and
same in HKLM.

Hi Bernie,

Check here:

Go to Start/Run and type in: msconfig. Go to the Startup Tab and uncheck
accordingly. Then run this script to remove the disabled items from the
registry.

Clear Disabled Items from Msconfig Startup and Selective Startup (Line 148)

Or...remove the runkeys from here: Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
