Help please!!

I've made a dreadful mistake. My network between 2 computers (one
running XP, one running WinME via a network cable) crashed the other
day and in my rush to get it reconnected I clicked the network
identification wizard in Control Panel/System/Computer Name by
mistake.
Now when I boot up sometimes everything is fine with all the
processes/icons that I enabled over time in the system tray but other
times when I boot up half of the useful/essential icons are missing. In
Control Panel when I click User Accounts two show up namely
'Administrator' with size 583KB and 'Andrew Wilson' with size 62.9MB. I
have already disabled Guest Account some time previously. Should I
delete the Administrator account (as its the smallest) to stop this
happening in future or is it more complex than that?
This may seem a trivial question to the more knowledgeable people but I
don't know the answer and if someone knows how to reverse this mistake I
would be extremely grateful.
I can't restore the network until I get this sorted.
Thanks
Andrew Wilson
