I keep getting this box that pops up saying i have visited nude sites *which
i have not* and that i need to get a hard drive cleaner..everytime the box
comes up it moves my internet explorer to the bottom right side of my screen
and when i try to close out of the pop up it starts scanning my comp and it
wont let me close unless i go to task manager. I have tried closing it by
going to the bar on the bottom and right clicking to close it out and it wont
let me either. I have ran AVG free anti-virus, Mcafee anti-virus, webroot
spysweeper and Super anti-spyware and nothing comes up. I have a few friends
with the same problem also and the same exact box coming up. We dont d/l and
mainly the only sites we go to are pogo and e-bay. Can someone please help
me? Thanks,

Your computer is infected. Since you mention "hard drive cleaner" I
suspect the malware is Drive Cleaner but of course that is just a guess
since you left out the name of the program giving you the message. If it
is Drive Cleaner, here are the removal steps:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic71782.html

Otherwise, you can see if there are targeted steps for your particular
malware here:

I will give you a link to my general malware removal steps, but if you
have already done the preparatory work suggested and scanned in Safe
Mode, etc. then you should run HijackThis and post your log in one of
the specialty forums listed below (not here, please).

Then go through the malware removal steps I suggested in my last post.

Standard caveat: If the procedures look too complex - and there is no
shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a
professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). Please be aware that not all local shops
are skilled at removing malware and even if they are, your computer may
be so infested that Windows will need to be clean-installed. Have all
your data backed up before you take the machine into a shop.
