HELP Please File Sharing

Hi all, could anyone help. Iv got 2 BELKIN Wireless G USB network adaptors,
one on my BASE and one on my Laptop. Both computers are connecting to each
other, but i cant/dont know how to send/receive files and folders from 1 to
the other!!!
My signal strength is EXCELLENT and Speed is 11Mbps, machines areonly inches
apart!

Create a folder on one machine. Righ click the folder and select
sharing and security and click the Share this folder radio button.
Click the permissions button to set permissions.

You can then either browse to the shared folder via My Network Places
or use the UNC to access it (i.e. \\computername\sharename)
