I've been having trouble with my computer for about two weeks now. I have
Windows XP Home edition 2002. I don't seem to be able to save things, install
things or send emails through Mozilla anymore. When I try to make
installations I get the 1711 error which says I do not have enough space
(although I do). When I open word it says 'word cannot open the existing
(normal)' and when I try to save word documents, I get a 'file permission
error' when I exit word I get 'the file normal already exists do you want to
replace the existing file?' When I try to send emails through Mozilla it says
'unable to open temporary file nsemail.eml'
so does anyone have any suggestions for what is wrong and what I can do
about it?
Thank you so much anyone who takes the time to read this! Any help is
seriously appreciated.
