Help playing on line video clip Please.

I have 2 PC's each with Xp Home sp2, fully patched on a home network using
an adsl router to connect to the www.
This on line video:-

plays on the one PC using Windows media player 10 and the Windows media
video 9 codec.
On the other PC the internet page loads, but instead of just playing the
video it says , over the screen, " Press Spacebar or Enter to use this
control" and the video doesn't play.
I'm losing my hair trying to sort this one out and haven't that much to
lose. Security setting on both PC's seem the same.
Any help would be much appreciated.

In WMP go to tools,options,make sure the "connect to the internet" box is
checked,you might edit the other tabs like "file types" select all,apply.If
all
still fails,download WMDiag from microsoft,run the utility.....

Problem solved by reinstalling WMP10
