Hi
We have trouble with one of our windows 2000 servers which
has about 12 GB of memory installed. However on the
system properties you can see only 3.6GB of memory. We
referred to the article 255600 which indicates to use /PAE
in the boot.ini to resolve this issue. We tried that too
and it doesn't fix the problem. The system we have is HP
DL380 G3 (3.2 Ghz) which is supported by microsoft for
using the /PAE switch and is in the HCL list. So there
is no hardware problem either. Would you please direct
us to the solution on how to fix this issue.
Thanks
