Help on this error doesn't work on Formula Omits Adjacent Cells

I am a student using XP Home for Students & Teachers, Office Pro 2003 - did a
full install.

Exercise in "Specialist & Expert Excel 2003" book, page S76 created Trace
Error button for 'Formula Omits Adjacent Cells' to show how to use Help. I
clicked the 'Help on this error' option & Help came up with blank screen. I
have not tried to recreate error on another function.

Has anyone else had a problem with this?
