Help! Okidata 390+ prints short page

My Okidata 390+ worked fine on WIndows ME, but when I upgraded to xP Pro, it
now thinks the page is 10.25 inches long instead of the correct 11 inches.
that screws up my tractor feed printing. All printer settings that I can
find are set to "letter" size. THe printer is emulating Epson LQ, and my
attempts to download and install alternate drivers into xP have not changed
anything.

That sounds like the "perf gap" once used for roll paper. There may be some
on printer switches or control panel options that need to be changed.

That may be, but nothing was touched on the printer itself. It is still at
the factory settings that it has been on for years. I've explored every
setting in Windows that I can locate with no luck. Can you offer any
specific suggestions?
