HELP! No permission to use network resources

-- I have a Linksys wireless network with two PC's on it,
one with Windows ME and the other with Window XP

-- On the PC with XP, when I select Mshome under Entire
Network, I get the following prompt:

"Mshome is not available. You might not have permission
to use this network resource. Contact the Admin. to see
if you have permissions.

-- I ran through the home network wizard

-- On both computers, Workgroup = Mshome

-- I was able to see the PC on the network prior to
rebooting the system.

-- Any suggestions?
