Help needed with format and reinstall of WIN2K using the CD

BIOS Version: Award Medallion BIOS v 6.0

I would really appreciate it if
someone could give me step by step instructions
to delete WIN2K completely and using the
WIN2K CD to reinstall a fresh copy on to
my machine.

I have saved a number of answers to this
but get lost in a maze of differing procedures.

A simple step by step set of instructions
would help me before I proceed.

Perhaps there is a site which will
tell me?
