Help needed - Terminal service + Citrix

I upgraded old Citrix server (Windows NT SP6 Metaframe XP
1.0 FR1) to Windows 2000 (SP4 +all patches, METAFRAME XP
1.0 FR1). Now all remote users getting disconnected in
exactly 5 minutes of inactivity, but when they moving
mouse they getting connected back without promting for
username and password. There is only one users (user1)
who is not getting disconnected from anywhere, I tried
severl computers located in differen places, using
different Internet providers. All other users getting
disconnected in 5 minutes of inactivity. Than they have
to move they mouse to login back. I have compared all
user setting with another user - gave him exactly the
same permission that user1 has, I checked each bookmark
in user propeites, everything exactly the same. I even
created copy of that user in active directory, and than
tried to connect to CITRIX using that copy credentials -
still getting disconnected while original user never
disconnected. I tried to connect using Terminal services,
not Citrix - same problem. All users getting disconnected
in 5 minutes except one. They never had this problem with
old Citrix server, so it's not a router or firewall issue.

Can anyone explain what is going on with my server?

When you monitor the sessions in CMC, do their sessions get into
the disconnected state, or do they stay in the idle state? If
idle, it might be the screen saver, which I believe is turned on
by default and just shows a black screen.

I just fixed it. I set the connection limit to 600
minutes. I have no idea how to explain that. Anyway,
thank you for your time.
