help needed! can't open my pst file

Thanks for the good info from you and Russ. I think this is one backup no
one wants to go wrong. I also need to look into how you can archive a
backup in Outlook.

I agree with Brian. That method has worked fine here as well. The key here
is stay away from exporting.
Not sure I understand what you mean by "archive a backup." Archiving and
backing up are very different functions.

thanks very much for all the help and suggestions.. but unfortunately..
i really can't open my pst files... i can't copy it all over again
since i already resigned from my work (which i have all the files)...
and i dont have any other back up other than the files that i copied to
a cd...

outlook recovery and scanpst really didn't work..
