Help my 80 Gig drive is filing up with JUNK???

Help my 80 gig drive has 67 Gig of zptmpm0.810 etc.

The windows/temp folder is full of files like this?
from 631,231 KB down.
What are they?
How did they get there?
Can I deleted them?
Any help would be appreciated.

you can usually safely delete anything in the windows/temp file that is
older than 1 week

The contents of any Temp folder can be safely deleted (not the folder
itself).
Reboot first to be sure it is not in use.
