Help! Messed up Laptop

My screen froze so i pressed the power button. Then when i turned it back on
the screen displayed this:
We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully.
A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.
If you computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was
automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose Last Known
Good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked.
If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or
because the Power or Reset button was pressed, or if you aren't sure what
caused the problem, choose Start Windows Normally.

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Last Known Good Configuration
Start Windows Normally

The first time it did this i selected Start Windowns Normally and it brought
me to a blue screen that said something about an error. Now, when it brings
me to the first screen it freezes after i select anything...

I am 15 and this is the first computer i have for only me, and i dont want
to tell my parents that i screwed it up. So please help me... ><

You can try the Last Known Good Configuration or reinstall windows again.

It freezes when i select any of those though...
Is there any way to fix it threw the Boot Menu or anything i can get to from
the main dell opening screen?
