Help me

I am technical support for a government facility and I
have a problem with my home computer. I have already
talked to my system admin and he said to reinstall the
drivers and I did but I still get the same
error "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini070903-03.dmp
C:\DOCUME`1\RICKST`1\LOCALS`1\Temp\WER8.tmp.dir00
\sysdata.xml
C:\DOCUME`1\RICKST`1\LOCALS`1\Temp\WER30.tmp.dir00
\appcompat.txt" I have know idea what this means or what
it does. Someone please help me. I am all out of
solutions.

Your computer is crashing and it is saving a log of the
events that caused the crash in the files on the path you
posted.
Look at the files and you might see which programs are
causing the crash. Fix those programs.
