You seem to have a malware infection... scan the system with your antivirus
and other security applications...

Best malware apps that I know of are:
Antitrojan-antispyware; A Squared Free, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
Antispyware; Super Antispyware and Spyware Terminator.

You may also want to use a safer web browser like Mozilla Firefox or Opera
at least until you have solved the IE7 problem.

In order for us to help, you will need to provide more information.
Please answer the following questions:

1. When did you install SP3? Did you have the same problem prior to
upgrading to SP3?

2. What version of Internet Explorer are you running?

3. What is the exact text of the Blue Screen message?

4. Please post the complete text of any pertinent error messages in
Event Viewer:

Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Event Viewer

Search for recent errors. Double-click on the error. Click on the copy
button. Now you can paste this information in your next post.

1) it's been a couple of months since i installed sp3. and no i didn't
have
this problem prior to installing sp3. 2)i'm running IE7. 3) don't
remember
what the blue screen said and this happen a couple days ago.

If you have had this problem for the entire couple months since you
installed SP3, I would uninstall SP3 for now (you will eventually need
to reinstall it, but post back here before you reinstall it so you can
learn the best way to do it):
