HELP ME, PLEASE!!!

Hi. I got a problem: my computer shuts down suddenly
while I'm working; I'm sure it's a virus, but I don't
know what virus. The anti-virus and the symantec tools
appears to be completely unusefull.
Every time the computer shuts down the windows event
register record the running of the EAPOL event.
Could someone help me?

You can download Process Explorer or PRCview both are free that will
allow you to see the processes that are running, and they will also allow
you to see what's using a process or program like rpcrt4.dll (Remote
Procedure Call) being used by a program that could be a compromising
program.
