Help me keep my user profiles!!

I have a dying NT4.0 server that I use only as a domain server that I'd like to phase out. I have a domain with about 30 user accounts that I need to move to a different domain (it was the old company's name, and I need to phase it out). So I've built a 2000 Server with AD in a new domain and would like to migrate my user accounts without losing the user profiles on their 2000 and XP pcs. Does anybody know whether this is possible, and if so, how? Thanks!
