Hi
I revamped the database whislt away on the laptop (many hours). I copied it
to the Pc and just get the following error when I click on anything
It says the the location on the lap top ie C:\Document and
Settings\Steve.LAPTOP\My Documents\test datbase.mdb is not a valid file
path. Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are
connected to the server on which the file resides.

I have relinked the tables as it is split fe and be.

It i go into design on the query it shows nothing in the tables.

I need some help big time!

cheers Steve

From the message, it sounds like your (?)desktop doesn't have the same path
that your laptop does.

Can you use File | Get External Data | Link... to link to the location on
your desktop where the back-end data lives?
