HELP! Lost persmissions on a users folder

G

Guest

I was setting folder permissions and removed "everyone"
before I added domain admins and the user. Now it's
locked everyone out and I was told there's a way to reset
the folder via the command line???? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Even if you remove everyone, the administrator [unless you removed them too]
should be able to access the folder unless you gave "deny" permissions to
everyone. Even so, logon as an administrator and try to change permissions
though you may have to first take ownership. See the link below on how to do
such. --- Steve

W2K.
