help in display Picture in report

I encounter problems in displaying pictures in Form & Report.

I've tried store picture files in OLE field and picture path in both Text
and Hyperlink Fields.

But I don't know how to display pictures with image control in Form &
Report.

I would very very appreciate if anyone could send me a small sample of
access files with settings in "image control" to display picture. my email:
"(e-mail address removed)"
