Help! Im having trouble with Ctrl+Alt+delete...

When i encounter a problem such as my computer freezing up, i press control
alt delete right? Well when i do instead of the task manager showing up i get
this window that shows green bars and is titled "cpu usage" i really need to
fix this problem so i can acutally restart or end a program next time my
computer freezes. Does anyone know how to get the task manager back instead
of the cpu usage window?

Hi,

Double click on the gray border around the Task Manager. This will
take it out of small foot print mode. You will be able to then view
the menus.
