[HELP] IIS instal problrm on XP SP2

Hi at all,
i've a problem with the intallation of IIS on my Windows XP SP2.

When I try to install Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) on my
Microsoft Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 (SP2), I receive the
following error message:

"Setup cannot copy the file staxmem.dll. Please insert the "Windows XP
Professional Service Pack 2 CD".

However, when I put the Windows XP Professional SP2 CD in CD drive, Setup
cannot find the Staxmem.dll file !!!!!!!

If I continue, ignoring this file, the error reappear on the all other files
...

I've try to reinstall the service pack 2 but it not have resolved the
problem.

Help pleaseeeeee

Note the Microsoft article KB894351, "You may receive the "Setup cannot copy
the file staxmem.dll" error message when you try to install IIS on a computer
that is running Windows XP Professional with SP2",

Why not Google on "staxmem.dll" and see what pops up ?

On the first page of hits, I got a reference to this MS KB article.
