Help!!! I set it up wrong and don't know how to fix it...

I typed the wrong host or server in the beginning and when I try to send a
message it says "the host could not be found, Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly," but I don't know how to do that. how do
you go back to the beginning to change it? like, start over?

You don't have to go back to the beginning. Just edit the existing account.
In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account,
click Properties, then click the Servers tab.

You don't have to go back to the beginning. Just edit the existing account.
