help, I screwed up the mbr

Hi, I have been messing about with bootmanagers for my multi boot system,
and I removed/un installed one and foolishly told it to install a generic
boot record, duh!
So now I cannot boot to my Windows OS's. What is the correct syntax for the
'fixmbr' cmd?
Oh I don't have any windows OS on C: drive now only a Linus distro.

Boot to XP setup CD, and press 'r' for Repair (Recovery Console). Run the
commands:

Fixboot

then:

Bootcfg
