Help - Huge font size when writing email messages in Outlook 2007

I have a client who says he accidently clicked a couple keys and now the font
size that shows on the screen when he is replying to or writing a new message
in Outlook 2007 is huge. Message is HTML format and font shows as Century 12
but it is huge. When he sends the message to me or he reads it it everything
is normal size but as soon as he goes to reply or write a new message he gets
this huge font on his screen.

I can't locate any keyboard shortcuts that might have caused this. Anyone
have any ideas?

He enabled Zoom. Look for the zoom button on the ribbon - there is a
keystroke too, but I don't know it offhand.
