Help help help!!! Send error!!!

When trying to send e-mail, I'm getting this error message....

Task 'mail.zelcomgroup.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Unable
to send the message. Please verify the e-mail address in your account
properties. The server responded: 553 Sorry, over your daily relay limit.'


I haven't changed anything since I last sent an e-mail about 5 mins
ago....please help!

Sounds like you have fallen foul of your smtp server's antispam measures.
